By the air:
You can search here flights to Kalamata airport or to Athens airport “Eleftherios Venizelos. The distance from Kalamata International Airport to Monemvasia are rund about 180km.

By the car:
If you drive from Athens (300km), you will take the direction shows to Korinthos, and then to Tripoli, to Sparti and finally to Monemvasia.

When you reach Monemvasia, go all straight ahead. At less than 3 minutes you will get into the center of the new town of Monemvasia, before you pass the bridge leading to the Rock and Castle of Monemvasia, you have to turn left to the pharmacy and follow the road through the coast. Our hotel is right in front of the beach, on your left hand.

Walk through the alleys of the Castle to a trip to the past. Be enchanted by the narrow streets that run Monemvasia from side to side and switch to another era. In the main alley you’ll find many small charming shops, cafes and restaurants. The time seems to have stopped in the Middle Ages and you’re there.
